"The Dinner"
This entire Event takes place inside Nu'jelm Palace so I get a feel for all the controls and tools and minimize the chance that things can go wrong. Rest assured, this is the only event that is very 'stationary'. Since Kieron was well known to the community and liked, I felt some sort of 'closure' would be respectful and appropriate, and attempt to delivery this in game and in character.
To be posted at Stratics a day or two before the event:
Hail and well met Citizens of Britannia, I am Archimedes the Old, (Royal Advisor I assume). I personally invite everyone for a formal dinner located at the lovely Nu'jelm Palace at 6:30 XXT (8:30 CST), the Trammel Facet. Food and Drinks will be provided of course. As everyone may be aware, Gabriel Kirsan is no longer going to be with us, and this dinner is to pay our respects to him more than anything else.
I have been assured by the Palace guards that there will be ample security, however for as long as I been around, I have learned to always be prepared for any sorts of unforeseen trouble. I do hope any rivaling guest can set aside their differences for this occasion and only raise arms holding Ale.

Plot: The RPC, Archimedes the Old, is introduced to the public. Since Baja is behind, and publicly well-known Kieron/Gabriel Kirsan was replaced, it's a mix of good P. R. and introduction for the new EM to meet in the Nu'Jelm Palace to socialize and meet with the community. Gabriel Kirsan does show up, but gets written out swiftly with his slaying by an invincible creature, which leaves everyone to solve the mystery of what exactly killed him, who is responsible, and what can be done to save the city of Nu'jelm.
Setup: The Palace has two large dining rooms, an upstairs balcony, and a centralized 'stage'. Not much is required for additional setup (I have already looked over the Baja Nu'jelm Palace.
Gabriel Kirsan, Archimedes, and the Ethereal Demon are put on a guild stone (located at house in Green acres) so they can attack each other in Trammel.
The main Enemy seen almost throughout these events is a Invincible (until 4th event). Bone Demon re hued with the Shadow Wyrm Skin and named "Ethereal Demon". Since he is invincible, he won't directly kill any players, but spawn minions. He should be as powerful as a say, a Bone Demon but have the traits of a Golem (poison resistant), Orc Scout (goes hidden).
One or Two drones will be required; one to be Gabriel Kirsan RPC (minimal dialogue) and one to be the RPC Ethereal Demon. If a third EM wants to help out, "Furiselt" can walk around and talk about how much he despises Gabriel Kirsan and that he's very jealous of him, but will avoid getting near Archimedes or Gabriel. The spawn can be done by the EMs : Spectral Armors, Skeletal Knights, and Ethereal Warriors will be used as needed when the appropriate time has approached.
The Guard Zone for the island (or area around Palace) is TURNED OFF in Trammel.
Very Important : Wandering Healers MUST be spawned as none exist on this entire island.
At the End of the Event, spawn points for Spectral Armor, Ethereal Warriors, and Skeletal Knights are set up around the city Or Palace in Felucca And Trammel, and guard zones are turned off for both facets as well, giving Reds free reign in Felucca.
Procedure: RPC Archimedes will meet the players in the palace and greet players as they arrive. After a good size crowd gathers, Gabriel Kirsan walks into the room and thanks players for attending. If we don't set up Gabriel Kirsan on another account, then Archimedes excuses himself from the crowd right before he shows up, as he wishes to fetch something for his friend Gabriel Kirsan. If Drone Furiselt was around, he leaves now. As soon as Gabriel Kirsan walks into the room, the Ethereal Demon appears. Cheesy dialogue as follows :
ED : You are Kirsan are you not?
Kirsan : I am, what manner of beast are you?
By now no doubt some people are already trying to attack the ED, and will find they can not. It will start to spawn Spectral Armors all around to keep them amused
ED : I am an Ethereal Demon, summoned by my Master Furiselt. I am to deliver
your body and soul to the ethereal void.
Kirsan : Ethereal Demon? This is not possible! Nor can Furiselt have sent you,
he is a meer Cashual. (NPC profession located in Ocllo)
ED : Believe what you wish. I am to deliver your body and soul to the ethereal
void and that is what I will do.
Kirsan : This can not be, Leave here now you abomination!"
ED : I can not. I am here for you Kirsan, and you alone.
Kirsan : (Does some attacks but no damage is done) Impossible, I can't harm
you! How is this possible? (Kirsan keeps his distance, and cast several spells
and even sends pets on him to no avail. The public is finding out they cant
damage him either, and the spawn is keeping them busy)
ED : (follows and keeps chanting) I am here for you Kirsan, and you alone.
Kirsan : LEAVE ME! BEGONE! ARCHIMEDES!
This scene goes on for a short, all the while Spectral Armors and Ethereal Warriors Spawn. Being in Trammel, Kirsan eventually falls, his body will NOT be lootable being Trammel and Suicide. (According to documentation, I can MOVE the body of Kirsan to a hidden spot, so that will be done to give the visual that the ED picked up the body)
ED : "My Task is complete Furiselt! have what you ask for..."
Archimedes now shows up.
Arch : "What the....What ..who are you?"
ED "Begone Wizard, I have what I came for and will be leaving now.
Arch : Drop Kirsan's body, and explain your purpose here
ED : You are not my master" and begins to Fly away
Arch (throws some words out, Mixture of Dispel, Unlock, Summon Demon words of
power (Vas An Orc Kal Vax Xen Corp Ex Por ?) ETHERAL DEMON -- "I RELEASE
YOU FROM YOUR TASK"
ED (Stops, turns, does the sparkly/flames special effect) : Fool! Do you know
what you've done?!
ED :(Spawns some more monsters, laughs and disappears)
Archimedes walks around mumbling. "This is not possible. I haven't seen on ever, no wizard in my time has. Not Possible!"
He ask the public if they caught his name, If they knew what he said. Keeps mumbling how this is not possible and none have been seen such a monster for decades. He finally asked if anyone caught the name of the Master he spoke of, acts shocked. He thanks the public for their help, and tells them he must go meet with Mages around the land, and everyone that wishes to help should meet up here in two days time.

"The Summoner"
EM Archimedes by now hopefully has a hang for all the functions, and will venture out and about of Nu'jelm Island. A revised Champ will be set up and used at the end. Both facets are affected in this storyline so that none feel left out in the all-day dynamic spawn, however the Story is centralized in
Plot: The RPC, Archimedes the Old, meets the public once again in Nu'jelm Palace. The City on both facets is seeing spawns of Spectral Armor, Skeletal Knights, and Ethereal Warriors. Archimedes tells the public that they must go find this 'apprentice cashual', Furiselt. They wander around the city, fighting monsters that are spawned along the way, and find RPC Furiselt (around the Nu'jelm Court and Prison) whom learns the Ethereal Demon is not vanquished and flees to Felucca where he is hunted down and killed.
Setup: There should already be spawns of Spectral Armors, Skeletal Knights, and Ethereal Warriors around the Nu'Jelm Palace in Felucca and Trammel and wandering Healers around the island. The RPC Furiselt changes into a RPC "Champ" in Felucca. It's him as a human with the powers/strength of say, the Bone Demon but the added power of a Savage that can kill pets very easily and quickly, and racked up health points.
Procedure: When the event starts, the Criers announce that RPC Archimedes the Old request assistance in the Nu'Jelm Palace. He addresses the crowd to explain last time, they saw a mighty wizard slain by an invulnerable demon. It had no intentions on killing anyone but Kirsan, and muttered the name of his master, Furiselt upon his death. It was only with a precise spell to release the Ethereal Demon from it's task that saved the soul of Kirsan, but at the price of allowing the Ethereal Demon to remain in our world. It has already nestled in Nu'jelm of Felucca, and they city is overrun with monsters in both facets. They suspect the Summoner of the Ethereal Demon, Furiselt, is located somewhere in the city.
Upon searching, and fighting their way, they find him near the Jails/Court - drunk : Cheesy Dialogue :
Arch : You are Furiselt, are you not?
Furiselt : Yes, I am.
Arch : Tell us what you know about Kirsan
Furiselt : Kirsan, oh what do you want to know ? That he was always better than
me? More adept than me? HA! I was a mere apprentice to him, a cashual. But in
truth, he was ignorant of what I really studied in my time. And his ignorance
has been his downfall!
Arch :But..why? What has he done to you?
Furiselt : What has he done? He has always been better than me at everything.
I have been nothing but his shadow, at times not even that much. Now, for once,
I got the best of him, and never again will anyone dare compare my accomplishments
to that of the oh so mighty Kirsan! Bah!
Arch : What...What have you studied?
Furiselt : Oh, a little of this....little of that...mostly, Ethereal Magics!
Arch : So...it's True? You summoned the Ethereal Demon?
Furiselt : Well of course! What better way to finally show Kirsan who's best,
and forever damn him for my suffering?
Arch : Well, I'm afraid not all went well - I have released the Demon from his
task - Kirsan's soul is still with us.
Furiselt : You did what? No! No, you released him from his task? HE WAS SUPPOSED
TO FINISH HIS TASK
Arch : I'm afraid I recognized what fate was awaiting Kirsan, I could not allow
it.
Furiselt : ...So wait, you say he was simply released? He...He's still in Britannia?!
Arch : Yes, and you're going to help us send him back, as you have noticed Nu'Jelm
is becoming under his control.
Furiselt : I THINK NOT! * He pulls out a necklace * Demon of Ether, Summon me
and give me power!!
* Now the public is no doubt bored with all the dialogue *
* But Furiselt has disappeared*
Archimedes claims to know where he has gone, and by this time I hope a GM has
erected a moongate at the Nu'jelm Bank of Trammel to go to the Nu'jelm Bank
of Felucca. If not, then Arch and his EM Helper opens gates.
On the Felucca Island of Nu'jelm, we have the spawns going on, but now also
Furiselt has been given powers from the Ethereal Demon. Chaos Ensues, the public
tries to defeat him while EM Archimedes joins in the fray and spawns critters
if things get too 'easy' for the public. Furiselt dies eventually.
Archimedes goes over, *Yanks a necklace off Furiselt's neck*
Archimedes : Thank you citizens. * stares * I was afraid of this. This here
is an Ethereal Talon on the necklace. It's his hold on the Ethereal Demon! I
wonder....No, I dare not summon the demon. Everyone, please meet me back in
the Trammel Palace in Two days time, hopefully I'll have some directions and
answers on what our next steps are.

"The Investigations"
The EMs and the Public Travel in different parts of the land in search of 'clues'. It's much more spread out than the previous two.
Plot: With the fall of Furiselt, and the discovery of the Ethereal Talon Necklace, Archimedes has concluded that he must travel - with protection from the public, to three areas believed to have been visited by Furiselt in his studies to summon the Ethereal Demon. His goal is to figure out how to dispose of the demon, and free Nu'Jelm from it's state.
Setup: Guard zone is turned off in the Lyceaeum Trammel. At coordinates (4330 949 T) GM Locks down damaged and ruined books, with one in particular titled "Ethereal Fortress". At (1347 1038 Ilshenar) Same arrangement of books, but this one one renamed "Summoning from the Ether). A revised champ "Rikktor" is hued as a Shadow Wyrm and is used at the final stage. He has extra hitpoints, and the Web Attack as the Champ Spider as a added bonus. If it's not too much, the ability of an Orc Scout to go hidden.
Procedure: Back at Trammel Nu'jelm Palace Archimedes appears to the public. He has researched the Necklace and has a few leads on learning how to get rid of the Ethereal Demon and save Nu'jelm of Felucca. He waits till a good number of people gather so that he can gate them around to help. He is accompanied by EM Helper xxxxx the Scribe.
They first gate to the Lyceaeum where they look around. They are greeted by
the Ethereal Demon, whom tells the public to stop wasting their time, spawns
monsters and leaves. Skeletal Knights appear, and a shadow wyrm with high hitpoints.
The people dispose of them while Archimedes screams to protect him as he finds
what he can in the books. The Damaged books in the assigned room are found during
or after the battle, one titled "Ethereal Fortress". Archimedes claims
that this is what he was looking for, information pointing to where Furiselt
learned about Ethereal Magics.
He states they must now travel to the Ethereal Fortress in Ilshenar. A Gate
is given to the Moongate, where he tells everyone to go to Ilshenar - Sacrifice
Shrine. They must travel travel through the fields and spider caves to the Ethereal
Fortress. Once there, the Ethereal Demon appears again, warning them to leave
him well enough alone, he wishes to stay in our lands. Spawns time with double
monsters as last, and a skeletal dragon that the tamers will hate (Makes tames
go wild). He warns them not to meddle with his occupancy in our lands and leaves.
When all said and done, in the coordinates listed above there's more damaged/open
books, with one titled "Summoning From the Ether"
Archimedes tells them he found what he needed, and now there's only one more stop - the large statues on a bridge outside Skara. (1009 2666 T). If Possible a gate from the Ethereal Fortress to the bridge outside of Skara is opened, otherwise, everyone walks. Once there he surveys the area. In doing so, The Demon shows up angry claims he warned them, and summons the same amount of monsters before going away. "Ethereal Dragon" also appears. Battle is eventually won.
Then Archimedes thanks them for protecting him as he did his research - and to meet back in 2 days time again in Nu'jelm Trammel - where he believes he will have the final plan.

"Vanquishing the Ethereal Demon"
In this curious scenario, the Public gets to give closure to Gabriel Kirsan, aka Kieron, and vanquish the Demon under special circumstances
Plot: Archimedes has concluded that they must put Gabriel Kirsan's spirit to rest properly by joining the ghost to the corpse located at the place which that The Ethereal Demon was initially summoned. Upon doing so, the Ethereal Demon's task is completed, which makes him invulnerable. Archimedes summons him with the Ethereal Talon Necklace in hand, and the public must vanquish him under specific guidelines.
Setup: GM Sets up at the Hedgemaze FELUCCA 4 Pentagrams and an arbitrator with tall candles in the middle of the Pentagrams."Remains of Gabriel Kirsan" are locked down on top of the Arbitrator.
Procedure: Gabriel Kirsan and Archimedes are on the same account, but a Helper EM solely needs to create a Gabriel Kirsan GHOST on their account to assist.
Everyone shows up in Nu'Jelm, which is still suffering from the hold of the Ethereal Demon. Perhaps a few Skeletal Dragons spawn while we wait for folks to come.
Archimedes explains he has found a solution. The demon is invincible as so long as his task are unfulfilled. Well, he only has one- deliver Kirsan to the underworld. He believes that the Ethereal Demon was going to do this while leaving his soul unattached to the body, thus giving Kirsan eternal damnation. However, if Archimedes and everyone else joins the soul to the body and delivers the body as the Demon should have, then the task in essence, is complete, and the Demon can be attacked.
A gate is opened to the Hedgemaze off to the side where the Alters exist.
The soul of Kirsan is most likely in the area, but can not find it's body.
He ask for volunteers in the crowd to sacrifice themselves to find Kirsan (Since
Kirsan is dead and his ghost can't be seen by the living). Basically, they must
commit suicide, and go out into the hedgemaze and find Kirsan, and lead him
to his grave. Now, Kirsan wont be far. His ghost will be not too deep in the
hedgemaze and will only say "Help me find that which I seek", and
will follow other ghost.
Kirsan hopefully has GM SpiritSpeak so everyone can understand him. He will
thank them for binding him back to his grave and disappear. Archimedes quickly
warns everyone that the demon will now be vulnerable to attacks HOWEVER he must
be destroyed in the area he was summoned and only there. People must stand on
all four alters, and Archimedes will summon him with the necklace while standing
on the abattoir. If at any time anyone stands off the pentagrams, Archimedes
will advise them to stand back on it, and the player controlling the ED WILL
GO INVISIBLE until the players are all back on the Pentagrams! The Demon can
attack other layers even if invisible (if possible) to entice them to get on
the pentagrams.
He will PULL people off the alters to him, kill them, and others must stand on the alters. When he reaches half life, skeletal dragon or two spawn to make dragons/mares go wild. Again when he is 5% life. If the public has too much trouble killing him, forego the extra monsters.
When dead, phat booty pours out, Archimedes thanks everyone, and everyone is happy.
